Senior Project Manager – JWEB Modernization Project

Overview

The Senior Project Manager must ensure that the project is completed:

  • Within scope
  • To a certain quality standard
  • Within time and cost constraints

These factors may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the creation, organization, execution, and completion of multiple phases of the JWEB modernization project.


Role and Responsibilities (Required)

During the first six months of employment, the candidate is expected to:

  • Collaborate with the Integrated Justice Information System Director and the justice community to solidify the modernization roadmap.
  • Lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of the JWEB modernization project.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Managing relevant employees.
  • Setting and enforcing project deadlines.
  • Communicating project progress with management.
  • Preparing reports for upper management on project status.
  • Ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.
  • Adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate new requirements and scope changes.
